  Very disappointing service. Ordered a birthday cake some weeks ago to be collected on Sunday. It had cracks in the icing and the colours had run. It was bad enough for us to be told that we would be refunded. We came back on Monday for the refund, to be confronted by a very rude owner. Disappointing for the refund not to be honoured, but to also be rude about it was unnecessary. Bad all round.

  Had a delicious bacon and egg roll on a super fresh bun. The lady working there was very friendly. There was a great selection of cakes and other baked goods.

  I ordered a cake to be picked up by a colleague at 8:00am today. When my colleague arrived she was told that it was not ready (even though I was assured it would be). When my colleague politely asked if there were any other cakes ready or that she would be happy to take the cake undecorated, the attendant said to her "there's the door". She demanded a refund which was promptly thrown at her and was then reminded of the location of the door. She went across to Tumblegum Bakery who were more than happy to take our custom. I have bought weekly bread from Ryan's but I will not be returning. I urge anyone in Port Macquarie to boycott this shop.
