  I had bought a tent in Brisbane, Adams gone down to Port Macquarie for the week to go camping. Tent pole snapped when putting it up. I took it into the store and of course didn't have my recite so they looked it up in the system. I bought it over 3 months ago so wasn't on my card. Andrew rung up the store in Brisbane I bought the tent from was on the phone to them while they got my recite from within there system (looking through manually by day and time). All sorted out thanks to the staff that where on and a huge thank you Andrew for his time. They swapped my tent over no problems at all.

  While browsing a product didn't have a price on the self. I was attracted to the product because of a few discounted products on that shelf. I was asked if I needed assistance without prompting, and found that the product I was interested in had a massive discount. So I bought two of them!!!
