  100% agree with a comment further down by Kerry Myers . The staff are very friendly and helpful if they think you're going to get your wallet out and spend that day. If they think you're just sizing up the competition or wanting to go home and make a decision before buying they get less helpful and less friendly. If you have brought something from them and you have to return it because of faults that's when you'll see the real service or lack there of they have. As long as you have cash and are spending money there you'll have a great experience. Go into look or compare or to return a faulty item then it won't be a 5 star experience you're looking at.

  Always find what I'm looking for here at a reasonable price. Brilliant floor staff with some who are obviously experts in their field.

  I went to JB Hi Fi this morning with an issue with my nano an Irish guy with glasses in audio served me he was rude and not helpful at all i walked out very angry.I was prepared to spend money to fix my problem but he had no interest in helping me or selling me anything.Angry customer.

  I've found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I recently bought a TV which needed to be returned. Not only did they make this a simple task, but the TV's price had dropped in the meantime and they refunded the difference. Now that's what you call service.

  The lounge room is such a lovely place to go and just relax. We had the cheese platter today.....yum
