  In addition to this above problem(s) I've now requested THREE times to get my records transferred as has my local doctor here in Sydney and NOTHING gets done. I've done it from another hospital here in Sydney it took them 2 days to do it. Port Macquarie cannot even find the request every time I call or transfers me through to another department that I get disconnected from. Pathetic!

  Everybody was wonderful (especially the night staff in ICU) when my father had a stroke last year. He didn't make it, but they extended their kindness to all of us. Mum's in there right now after surgery, and everybody has again been wonderful to both of us.

  I have just spent 3 days in PMBH. Each and every staff member I had contact with was extremely helpful, polite, efficient and patient...nothing was too much trouble. I cannot praise these hardworking dedicated people enough.

  My partner was taken there by ambulance last Thursday afternoon with a deep gash on the inside of his left ankle. He can’t praise the paramedics, doctors and nurses highly enough for their assistance and would like to pass on his thanks. From Anthony Cooney

  I went in for a badly damaged ankle. The triage nurse then ordered a foot x-ray instead of an ankle. So the Dr had to end up sending me back in for another dosage for radiation to get the proper x-rays done of my ankle. Not only that obviously causing me to wait another hour on top of this.
