  The manager ( or owner...) gives you the wrong change and basically begs you to get more movies or 'delights" from the counter- which may be okay to some people but is quite disrespectful considering we are already providing business for a company who is "on their feet" as it is . Furthermore, this lady -so called manager- treats her staff like absolute crap and even blames them for something that has occurred, even if it was days ago. For example, say 5 cents goes missing on Sunday ( according to the stingy manager). She will then confront a staff member working days later ( e.g. Thursday) and blame it on them and she even has THE AUDACITY, TO TAKE MONEY ($20 or so) OUT OF THAT PERSONS PAY FOR THAT WEEK! because ( apparently) it was all their fault and they should pay for it!

  Yet another deterrent from the store is: if a customer hires a movie and hands it back though the slot out the front, the store will claim they never received it and will attempt to make the customer pay for the days as to which it was "late".

  Just drove half an hour to get a video. Was closed . Change your open hours mate.
