  We waited more than 3 hours for basic tapas. With two very small children ages 3 and 5. We were promised a complimentary dessert board that did not eventuate. We were charged for complimentary drinks. We were ignored by your staff who performed strange disappearing acts. How you managed to receive such high ratings is beyond me. You won't last with the lack of service and complete disregard for your customers. Find another business venture... quickly... you are not coping with the basics. I'm sure you know this.
