  Have been dealing with this local business at Port Macquarie for a few months now. Service has been reasonable but they are more times than not out of what I need up to this point. However, I was shocked yesterday to find that this business does not honour advertised or marked prices where a mistake has occurred at their end.

  I found an item I was after that was price marked at a certain low price only to be told that it was in fact dearer and the marked price was incorrect even though everything about the description of the item was correct. When questioned about the mistake which had obviously occurred at their end, I was told by the owner/manager - David that they do will not honour the marked price if it is in fact incorrect. In my opinion this is an extremely poor and deceptive business practice especially in the greater scheme of business dealings. I understand that mistakes occur from time-to-time as I am in business myself but I personally, and everyone I have ever dealt with in the past has honoured the marked price even if incorrect and simply rectified it going forward.

  They have a huge range of kitchen and cleaning supplies. I have enjoyed their excellent service for many years.

  Love shopping here. They might be up on price a dash but you have more choices.
