  My parents used Fisher for all their appliances for their new kitchen. They did not deliver what they promised. They ordered their goods about 3 weeks prior to the planned install of the kitchen - no issue of delivery was raised at this time. They were going to deliver appliances and sink to the kitchen people. They did not do this. On the day of the install my parents find out that the cook top and stove were on back order and had not been delivered to the kitchen people as promised. No phone call and no indication that there was a problem. Another communication glitch, the measurements for the cook top were wrong so they had to go with an alternate stovetop costing them $200 more. If Fisher had called to say their was a problem my parents could have delayed the install. They ended up getting appliances (not from Fisher) that were not their first choice because they could not wait the month without a kitchen for the backordered products. You cannot trust Fisher to deliver on their promises.

  Well have to say my experience with JL Fisher Plumbing was the complete opposite to the previous review. All the staff their couldn't have been more helpful in getting our bathroom supplies to us even though we'd given them very limited time notice of what we needed. They also went above & beyond when a couple of the items had issues (none of these issues were the fault of JL Fisher, one was the suppliers fault & the other was a measurement fault of ours). And the fact that shipping (& I do mean shipping as we live out on Lord Howe Island, 500kms of the coast) these products to us at short notice is a feat in itself, I can't recommend them enough!!!!
