  As usual no help discussing attatute with customers especially once you have purchased a new van, never never go back if if van has a problem !!!!!!!!!!

  While apparently helpful at the time of purchase, once we had taken ownership of van it became obvious that several features advertised on the van did not work. Aircon dod not operate and was found to be damaged and not worth repairing. Microwave did not work. Both of these made the appropriate sounds etc but. Aiecon did not cool and microwave did not heat. These were both features which we had paid extra for. There were no pegs with annexe. Unfortunately, we pyrchased this van while on holiday from Victoria. It was a huge mistake as we obvioysly were unlikely to take van all the way back. I am sure that the dealer would have known this. Very very unhappy as I feel we paid top price for features that did not work.

  Had a few minor warranty repairs on my 18mth old Applause 500 and Avan fixed them no problems at all. Totally recommend.

  I cant complain about a single thing, van was delivered on time with all modifications done as ordered - have recently been back for 1st service on the van and workshop staff were great. Other dealers in the RV industry should take a lesson from Avans customer service.
