    I had a recall on my Mazda 2 because of the air bag situation. My impression of Port Macquarie Mazda was well organized they fitted the air bad in an hour...was a freezing wet day outside but they had a clean warm waiting room plus tea or coffee to warm one up. Efficient

    Never ending dramas. Bought two cars, one of them sold without the key to the wheel nut lock. If we would've broke down with kids in the car on the highway we would not have been able to change a tyre... Poor customer service and no duty of care. Obviously did not rotate the wheel at rego inspection and passed a smooth tyre through rego. Still have issues with the filter which never got fixed.

    Beware of their used car sales Manager Dean, he tried selling me a Hyundai I30 Diesel took full amount through bank transfer and sold the car to another person. I explained my case to him and to his defence he advised that he has taken deposit from another person. At the moment I am out of pocket and dont have possession of the car that I have paid in full. The matter has already been forwarded to ACCC and Fair trading.

    Very disappointed with my recent dealing. Our Mazda had an intermittent engine light which was diagnosed that a software update was needed. It cost $110 which we thought was fair. After picking up the car on a Friday afternoon, l struggled to drive it without it stalling. l took it back on the Monday morning and told them and left it there. Picked it up that arvo and it was no better, still would not idle and kept stalling. l asked a friend who is a mechanic and he said it needed to be ran at 2 different idle speeds for 20 minutes each. I did this and the car is fine, so why didn't Mazda do this and get a satisfied customer?
