  I had the unfortunate experience of meeting with their service department personnel when I was making an old van ready for trade in, so I could buy a new van. While I am sure that the rest of the personnel are professional I found the experience confrontational and abusive with comments such as " what do you expect when you buy the parts direct and cut out the middle man, theirs nothing in it for us" and " you need to take your attitude else where" when I asked him closed questions on the internal process for pick up of parts.

  I was thinking Watson's would have been a good one stop shop as they are local and have the full range of sales service and parts at the one place,but after my experience I can see that if I have to deal with the service department it could be a rocky road and I will now look at other suppliers for the new van.
