  I recently returned a laptop under their policy for bought extended warranty. When doing so I was told that the laptop was has been discontinued and that I cannot get the replacement I was entitled for. In place of a replacement I was given store credit that I had only 48 hours to use. When I asked if I could receive cash instead it was made extremely clear that this wasn't a option. This situation lead me to having to try and find items that would be equivalent to the credit amount and due to their lack of variety off all computer products within the store I ended up having to spend this credit on items I do not think I needed. Due to the 48 hour rule on store credit I was unable to get a laptop that was out of stock and now, even though I have products that add up to the amount I was entitled to I feel as through I am out of pocket because I wished to use to money to put towards what I actually need. I do thank the two gentleman who did help me and were honest with advising me about other products. However the others I dealt with we nor helpful or polite. I understand that $400 was a large amount and they would rather have that spent in their store however this is a large company compared to one person with already tight funds.
