  I hired a plate compactor (wacker packer) last weekend. It broke after about an one hour on Saturday which was also after their office had closed. When I returned it at 6:30am Monday morning, the person behind the counter was far too important to talk to me, and kept doing something on a computer. When he finally did speak to me, he cut me off after about 6 words, and sent me to the people outside without even discussing the issues that occoured with the machine. The guys outside were really nice. After this experience, I hired a machine from the competition the following week (Coats) so I could do the work that got stopped due to the faulty Kennards machine. Coats was a very different experience. The machine was significantly better, the people friendly, efficient and helpful, and it was cheaper. You can keep your dodgey machines and playing solitaire on your computer Kennards.

  Hired a concrete polisher over a weekend found it wasnt up to the task so took it back within the first 2Hrs.We live out of town so we were lucky to have used the machine for more than 15 mins.
