  Picked up a card pack off shelf that had $19.95 came up at register $34.94.its not like it was the only one there were 2 lables on shelf with bright and pastel packs in the same stock. There was about 6 or 7 packs this is misleading to your customers if I had more time I would have demanded it for tha price I put it down and walkd away. Its not the first time you need to get your staff checking the shelves more. It has happened with other people I have talked to

  We ordered blinds at the end of December 2016. We had an initial fitting date but the fitter was away sick for a week and it was postponed. Had the blinds installed this Tuesday 4/4. The slats on one blind was too long, on another window the track was measured wrong and couldn't be installed. Another blind was measured wrong and couldn't be installed. After waiting 24 hours for someone to get back to us in this matter, we got onto the manager who eventually rang us to say he is looking into the matter!! So now after waiting all this time we still have two windows with no blinds and one with blinds 12 inches too long!! The thing that is so wrong with this company is that you need to pay the full amount before they will install them which means you have no comeback!! Would not recommend this company to anyone for blinds.

  bad customer service yesterday. Customers waiting inline were ignored while customer who walks up to the front register gets served first. Where are your Meeter and Greeters like Bunnings, Officeworks & JB Hi just to mane a few
