  Hopefully a future service will be available for help and support 24/7 by mobile email...without speaking. Sometimes I need to be heard esp when I cannot leave the house because of the bullying in everything I do or whenever I need to go for a drive or walk on beach even in the middle of the night or early morning. My partner sleeping next to me is cohersed by the other 2 Adults...I am continually bullied and blamed and last night pushed and slapped. Without Newaccess support I would not be able to progress at my new employment with training or getting up for work each day and feeling like maybe someone is overseeing my safety and my granddaughters neglect concerns. The latest is she crys when she is hungry and when she see her dad eating junk food..thats all he eats as main carer in afternoons. This is 5pm and she may get food at 6pm or a bottle instead..she is a toddler who needs food. He sometimes puts her to bed all night in a dirty nappy and they don't give her a sheet or blanket until I mentioned it. They don't give her air in her room....it goes on and on...not normal nurturing too busy they say...when I attempt to help they bully me. so without new access I would feel helpless moreso....thankyou Karen

  Staff are wonderful support 24/7 by my emails in family support during grandparent concerns . As I am unable to discuss anything by phone as the 3 adults I live with are either emotionally verbal or physically abusive towards me and blame me for all the problems. They always respond asap even though there is no online services user friendly when I cannot talk.
