    Lovely hotel very clean and super friendly staff. Provided washing facilities for clothes which was really helpful having been travelling for a few days. Really great choice of hotel and room had an outdoor spa.

    Very rude staff and management. I would Never recommend anyone to stay there.

    Easy to find and central in location. Rooms are clean and have all basics provided for cooking, tea and coffee. Beds are comfortable with four pillows provided. Staff are always polite and helpful and always happy. My only complaint would be that the bathroom is closed off with no window and little ventilation so it becomes very stuffy in there.

    However, the location is really noisy. Being based on a busy road made the rooms really noisy. Also the pillows were truly awful - really hard and uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping without a pillow because it was so uncomfortable. The mattress wasn't great either - I could feel springs.

    The rooms and facilities are pretty nice, especially the rooftop pool.

    It's located within walking distance of the centre of Port Macquarie, the staff are really friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and well equipped. Free wi-fi and Foxtel too.
