  Michael Percival is also available after hours. We get email replies on the same day, usually within a few hours. This is very important to us as we are both extremely busy professionals working full time.

  Because of their excellent tenant selection, we have not had any issues with the tenants. The routine inspection reports are very detailed with a lot of photos.

  The properties were brand new and there were a lot of defective items. The builder was taking a long time to rectify the defects, which was very frustrating. The maintenance manager from Percival property has been very helpful co-ordinating with the builder and following the issues up. Michael Percival went out of his way to help with one defect.
