  I strongly recommend not renting through this agency & although unfortunately I loss my holding bond I am very relieved that I did not sign the lease & didn’t have to deal with them for 12 months.

  Recently I applied for a rental property and was the chosen applicant through (RPPM) (Rental Properties Port Macquarie) however I found them to be a very unprofessional real estate.

  While dealing with them they seemed to pretend that they are nice to deal with however they are quick to show there true colours & they became extremely rude and unhelpful in any situation after I had payed the (Less Holding Bond) & in particular they just shift any problems that may arise from the property you may be trying to rent off of themselves and to anyone that they possibly can.

  Stayed in a holiday rental managed by this agent. Extremely poor customer service. Very rude on the phone. Did not return calls and made no attempt to rectify issues. I would not reccommend listing your holiday rental with this agent.
