  On first visitation I was not impressed, as no agent was available to consult. However, the reason was obvious later. All agents were busy working for clients. When first contacted by Jenny, I explained what my husband and I were after. At the time there were no units that met our requirements but she said she would keep us posted. I was dubious as other agents had said as much and I did not hear from them. Approximately 2 weeks later I received a call from Jenny saying that she had a possible unit for us. Inspection was promptly arranged at our convenience. However, it did not tick all the boxes. Jenny did not stop there. Each time a unit she thought was appropriate for us, she promptly called to organise an inspection. Mostly even before the unit was advertised. The more units we looked at bought her closer to our idea of what we were looking for. Finally, Jenny called saying I have found your unit! We looked and made an offer on our first visit. Jenny had listened to all our comments on previous units and knew exactly what we were after. I cannot praise enough the lengths that she took to find what we desired. Thanks Jenny! We have our water view that will never be built out, close to town and with room for the grand children when they visit.
