  I honestly can't see where any other reviews are coming from. The staff in this store have always been helpful, prompt and very kind to me, helping with my various issues over the years with my phone. I would recommend them. It can take time to be served, but only because some problems take longer than others, and they can do their job as fast as they can with how many staff they have.

  Same experience for me phone rang out no one bothered to pick up. Not the way to run a business Next phone I need won't be coming to you. Not deserving the one star

  I visited the Telstra store at Settlement City on Saturday regarding a faulty phone. First they tried to charge me $220 to replace it, then a $150 authorisation when I objected. To add, the person I was dealing with left for about 5 minutes without a word, then left for the bathroom by telling the other guy at the counter to take over. His only reply when I said I wasn't paying for something faulty was to say I should call the complaints line. I did so, and the call centre replaced the phone within 3 days. Absolutely disgraceful service

  No communication rang 3 days in a row only get answering service which says someone will call back but never hhappens very disappointing

  Have only had issues since going to this store... no record of my contact with them... no the people in India? Have zero record and I'm back at square one a month later... additionally when you try to ring them... they never answer and never get back to you when you do leave a measseage
