    Never been able to walk out of the shop with a solution. No help at all....

    My wife walked past this morning and the shopfront door was ajar - 6 staff and not one of them offered to assist her, she went around the corner and the bloke on Horton Street saw her looking in the window, opened up, fired up the computers and helped her out. As she walked back past the Telstra shop they were all still jibbering to each other. Put a rocket up them Boss.

    They are busy because they are good and have stock! No wait time or special orders for phones like other dealers!

    These guys are sorta ok but some (or at least one, who I dealt with several times) of them are condescending and patronising and think that older guys don't know what they're doing. BS to that. Can be very busy at times and they seem to be understaffed. Meh overall.
